At Fussless, we work with trusted fulfilment partners to get your order to you as smoothly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time
- United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
- Europe: 8-15 business days
- Rest of world: 10-20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen with customs or courier networks, especially during peak periods.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and are shown before you complete your purchase.

Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These are outside our control and not included in your order total.
